Lance Browne is the newest addition to the Craig Browne Team. A graduate of Southwest Texas State University, he worked for the State Senate as aide after graduating. He then moved back to his College Station and worked for a local bank as a mortgage Banker for 5 years, holding his real estate license at Ashford Square. In 2003, he left the banking industry and moved into residential real estate full time. His expertise is in suburban residential markets and he caters to both buyers and listing properties.

Chris entered the field of Real Estate in 2004 after graduating Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Agricultural Development and Leadership. His continued thirst for education and knowledge led him to becoming both a licensed Real Estate Broker and heading well on his way to becoming a CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee. His upbringing, education and experience with serving his clients’ needs allowed him to develop a “Hands-on-Approach” to Real Estate. Chris prides himself on developing a trust through open communication with each of his clients which allows a smoother and more comfortable transaction for all parties.
